IATA – Cargo Introductory Course
This course by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and it is for those new to the industry, sales and marketing staff, as well as cargo agents and manufacturers. With over 52 million tons of cargo shipped annually, the air cargo industry is the place to be. Prepare yourself to work in the industry with this comprehensive course. You will learn about basic IATA cargo rules and procedures, how freight forwarders and airline cargo units operate, plus much more.
This course is mandated for IATA Cargo Agents in accordance with the IATA Cargo Agency Resolutions.
Proof of English proficiency through one of the following :
Students must complete the course with a minimum overall mark of 60% to have successfully completed the program.
Upon successful completion, students will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LOA), an IATA certificate, and a Glenn College certificate
